How to Use Hot & Cold Fever Patch :

1. For hot therapy, place the gel pad in the microwave for a few seconds or until it reaches the desired temperature. For cold therapy, place the gel pad in the freezer for a few hours before use.

2. Test the temperature on your wrist or forearm before applying it to the affected area. If it feels too hot or too cold, wait a few minutes before use.

3. Place the gel pad on the affected area and secure it with a bandage or cloth if necessary.

4. Leave the pad on for 10-20 minutes, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
