  4. Microwave for 60 seconds or immerse in boiling water to heat. Freeze to chill.
  5. Gel beads make them more flexible than other gel packs. Retain heat and cold for longer. Simple and easy to use.

How to Use Hot & Cold Gel Bead Pack :

  1. Determine whether you need hot or cold therapy: Hot therapy is typically used for soothing sore muscles or increasing blood flow to an injured area. Cold therapy, on the other hand, is usually used to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain.

  2. Prepare the gel bead pack: If you're using the pack for cold therapy, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. If you're using it for hot therapy, you can heat it up by either immersing it in hot water for a few minutes or placing it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (depending on the wattage of your microwave).

  3. Apply the pack: Once the pack is ready, wrap it in a towel and apply it to the affected area. For hot therapy, make sure the temperature is comfortable before placing it on your skin. For cold therapy, it's best to keep a barrier between the pack and your skin to avoid frostbite.
