Aqua Hot & Cold Pack

Use hot & cold gel pads on your knee, ankle, shoulder, neck, head, jaw, elbow, wrist, or anywhere else you need them. It is great for sprains.

Fit the pack comfortably around the affected area, placing the therapeutic gel portion over the affected area. Adjust as required for the best fit.

1. For hot fermentation or to use as an ice pack - microwave or immerse in boiling water to heat; freeze to chill.
2. New generation gel beads technology from the original manufacturers of the hot and cold pack. Gel beads have better thermal properties and are more comfortable to use - beads allow for better flexibility and prevent bursting compared to non-bead packs.
3. Included: soft cloth cover with strap more soothing on the skin than plastic, the strap allows you to fasten to knees or shoulders comfortably.
4. Microwave for 60 seconds or immerse in boiling water to heat. Freeze to chill.
