What is the cost of shipping?
A shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable to all orders under 5 Kg and for more than 5 Kg Shipping charges of Rs. 150 is applicable. For all international orders from outside India may be subject to other additional taxes & duties when crossing the border.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
For Both Domestic and International orders from the time of shipping, it takes about 5 -7 days for domestic orders and 10-20 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery time. If the package has not reached to you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at email@example.com giving details of your order and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package within 24 hours of your dispatched order from our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the return policy on Tci Star Health Products ?
As such, we do not accept returns until and unless the dispatched products are broken or are in unusable condition. In case, you receive broken/unusable products then within 2 days of receipt of your order, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your concern to which our team will respond quickly and will inspect whether your return claim is eligible.
We do not accept returns of international Orders.
How are returns processed?
Once your request to return a product via email is accepted our team will initiate the process of return by sending you on email for the same. You will be responsible for delivering the product to us by paying your own shipping cost. Once we receive the same, the item will be checked by our quality control team and a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 working days only if the product is in unused condition and approved by our quality team.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. A refund will be initiated to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 working days
